They were to get back with us to replace a frame on one window. But for 3 months have not heard back! Also no contact after the install and the salesman should have gotten back with the client and see how things are going. When I finish an install or repair a system, I always check back with the household. I would not recommend any body to use your company!

We are still waiting for you all to finish the job. Plus on the windows that are installed, I question the seal around the window frame. Cold air seems to be coming in.
