Well first of all they didn’t introduce who they were, late getting there left before 5.00 pm and did not finish my windows no trim or what ever you use to secure. around windows moisture is going to set in and a lot of other things caulking very ruff around sliding door I have pictures . sliding door screen door lock does not work big gash in my wall and they said they would come back sat Aug 6 2022 waiting all day was suppose to be there at 9.00 am no call no nothing would not refer this company. windows are lo... read more

Installer and product are great. Scheduling and customer service I experienced was terrible
Universal windows was unable to complete the job when they said they would so our job was left half done for 4 extra days is only complaint I have once finished the windows do look good
My door was never installed properly and it took almost 4 years and many appointments before the door finally closes right. Time will tell if it’s truly fixed or just Jerry rigged.
I could not subject anyone to the miserable experience with this company.
