This has probably been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a company. Sales experience was great. I had a follow up with the company to verify window measurements. Upon install day, the installation crew informed me some of the windows were screwed up. They installed windows that were to be correct. Before they left, the install crew chief informed me new measurements had been taken on remaining windows and timeframe should be 3-4 weeks before replacing. The windows were installed nice. But poor quality control between measurements and factory. Supposedly factory thought 3 was a 5 and cur window to 54.5 instead of 34.5 inch's. Then thought installer called for correction of window. But I had to follow up 3 days later to get window ordered. Poor customer service. Second, I had windows installed on a Thursday and then get call from universal windows asking for payment. I gave a check to installer after only installed 7 out of 8 windows . And lady could not give status on check... read more

When it took a month to do my windows.They had to do the trim work over poor craftsmanship as your schedule managers JP and Mike should be fired for all the lying that’s not how you run a company
