I ordered windows and doors from this company in April. Eight months later and the project still isn’t complete. I have dealt with two no shows from installers on their scheduled dates with no communication that they couldn’t make it. One window and one door were not measured correctly and were built to the wrong size. A French door was installed that is letting more cold air in than the old door. Overall this has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

Major difficulties with the install. Sent wrong materials and couldn't finish the job on scheduled day. Mistakes can happen and I get that. For me the measure of a good company is how they respond to those challenges. I was promised it would take only a day or two to fix, but two weeks later I'm still waiting. Had to call myself after being promised I would hear from the company.

Our installation started over 2 weeks ago and I only just yesterday received a call to finish the installation which will be next Tuesday meaning that our job took a month to install. The job was also not completed in any way to our satisfaction. I would never recommend such service to a friend.
