Communication with the company has been poor. For example, things were wrong with my order and although a punch list was submitted two weeks ago, no one has contacted me.

I haven't had my windows installed. I have had 2 doors installed and 2 screen doors, and the install results are not good. They wanted to come out and look at it, but I work until 5. I was originally told it would all be installed the same day, then they changed it The Friday before the Monday install. I can't take off work to have someone come out and look at the bad install. I am now having to take pictures of all of the mistakes. I was looking at the one door, and the installers said. We forgot to tell you this storm door... read more

The sales person lied about several aspects of the windows, quality, staff, and installation process. Additionally the wrong door was delivered, installed, and I have called several times and have not received a call back to correct the issue.

Asked for replacement of bay window, frame and windows but was quoted just 3 windows at $1,000 per window. When I told the company about the mistake they did not care and have been calling to get an.install date. Will never refer anyone but will tell all I know about this situation and discourage them for ever getting an estimate
