3 windows were incorrectly made, one installed window is cracked, two screens were not installed. Several change orders created during production lead to confusion and incorrectly made windows (2 of the 3 mentioned above). My perception may change once the project is complete. I have also not heard anything back from UWD since the field manager requested the remakes of the incorrectly made windows above.

Time expected was 8-10 so at 10:00 I called the office but then I looked outside they were pulling up. I wish they would’ve called so I could’ve went to the store. No masks. No shoe covers worn on carpeted areas. I know it’s not their job but I’m a widow and alone so I asked if they’d put blinds back up and they did. Really rough experience with UWD this time after a solid one the first go round. Still missing one window with no response after calling and requesting a timeline after they asked my wife for full payment, screw lady nails and broken glass everywhere, caulking not completed. Just a really subpar job that I wasn’t expecting after they did such a great job the first go round.

This contract started April 1st and was finished July 10. Way to long and i had 3 cancelations before the project got started.

Cancelled on us day-of multiple times. We ended up using multiple wasted vacation days to accommodate the cancellations. The scheduler and the installers were unprofessional.
