Our installation started over 2 weeks ago and I only just yesterday received a call to finish the installation which will be next Tuesday meaning that our job took a month to install. The job was also not completed in any way to our satisfaction. I would never recommend such service to a friend.

This has probably been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a company. Sales experience was great. I had a follow up with the company to verify window measurements. Upon install day, the installation crew informed me some of the windows were screwed up. They installed windows that were to be correct. Before they left, the install crew chief informed me new measurements had been taken on remaining windows and timeframe should be 3-4 weeks before replacing.
