Easy to buy windows. However, once install comes, don't plan on them keeping their appointment time or that your windows won't need additional parts later or glass replaced because of scratches/gouges. And if you call to complain, you will be told to "deal with it". The install crew we had was amazing. They came when they were told (company changed our install time without consulting us, so we had to take time off work to be home). Install crew we had was very professional and did a great job. Installation was scheduled to start between 8 and 10 am, received a call after 10 am that the crew was completing another installation and would start between 2 and 4 pm, crew arrived after 5 pm and stated that my installation was just put on them. Crew installed 6 windows and trimmed them out on day two. Crew also stated that they thought they were missing a window that day but would recheck the warehouse in the morning. The customer service was terrible,it took three times for them install my windows over all we did not have a good experience

Waiting on two frames to be replaced due to being cracked. One window and screen broken by wind during install. Damaged our trim around the door and ripped the screen
