A salesman came out, took inventory of the windows, a second person came out to measure all the windows being replaced and then It took 16 weeks to get my windows and two were incorrectly measured. Therefore I’m still waiting for those two windows to be re-ordered and installed. I have not received a call or an email regarding status of the request.

I waited 5 months for my window, I was never given any information or updates on what was taking so long. Then they called and scheduled a install date. I was ready, moved all furniture and removed blinds and hardware, curtains and they called that morning to say they didn’t have a team to do the work. I waited 2 more weeks before they were installed. One window had a broken sash and it was noted on the work order, but when the repair man came to do the work, he had down it was a broken window and had the wrong part to repai... read more

Signed my window contract in the fall and windows were scheduled for install March 2nd. Appointment was 8am-10am. No call no show, called in after 10am and was told the appointment was changed to 1pm. Waited for the crew to show and they arrived just after the two hour window. Was informed that the crew lived on my side of town and they changed my install time for there convenience. No one ever informed me of the change. Windows are a strong product but the installers shattered all of my previous windows to remove them. Left glass all around my property. When deciding to go with UWD I was told new windows would be the entire depth of my walls because I have 6 inch exterior walls they are 2 inches thinner than that. So now I not only have to case the windows which is fine and I agreed to I now have to trim inside the window frame as well.

Some windows were installed upside-down and caulking was a mess, we were not informed that we weren't getting a complete frame out. A big window was broken when being installed, lots of money for a job that doesn't look great
