We waited from a purchase date in August 2020 until December 2020 to receive our Windows. Then ultimately reached out and postponed the install until March due to Ohio winter weather. The installation scheduler did not call to confirm or remind us of our March install date. They just showed up on our doorstep the morning of the install date agreed upon three months prior. We could have very well had a change in schedule that would have prevented the install from being able to move forward. Very poor customer service.

The buying experience went well, then things were delayed due to covid, which I was understanding of. The installation crew was fine, there were issues I was willing to overlook. However, I was told my old door did not fit in the truck and they would come back by the end of the week. It’s not been three weeks and I have called three times asking when it will be picked up, every time I am told the message will be sent over. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and poor customer service.

My final installation will not happen for 4-6 weeks, so I will reserve final judgement until I have a functioning window. But given my experiences thus far, I would go out of my way to recommend someone NOT use Universal Windows Direct for their window needs.

The only people that can get a response are new customers looking to buy. Once they get your down payment they couldn’t care less about you.

I would not recommend your company because of the over4 months delivery time. I had 4 other crews waiting on the new windows before painting, flooring, appliances and bathroom restoration. That’s unacceptable

These people lie and give the run around starting with the salesman. And upper management don't call you. They blow you off like your a piece of shit.
