I as not informed when purchased and final measure that there would be a significant delay. Was told door would take 6 weeks. Took 4 months to have them installed. Measurement was incorrect. Installer had to modify how he was going to install to accommodate the error. Otherwise I would have had to wait another 3-4 months to get another door.

Terrible communication and customer service! Contractors that installed the windows were excellent but can’t Amaya anything good about Universal windows
