Lack of communication regarding production of windows and their installation was non existent. It felt like they had our money and they would get to us when it was convenient for them. Very unprofessional.

#1. 3 windows were installed with the wrong grid pattern (we are waiting for correct ones to be made) #2. Our installation had to be split up into 2 parts (,which is ok), but the crew was a week late installing the 2nd round of windows, with no explanation or apologies. #3. They did not finish the exterior trim. The installers said they would return to finish it And never returned, leaving the side of our house exposed. Having ordered my windows in the beginning of July and did not get them until January. As well as I was rescheduled three timesand the second time did not even get a call saying they were not coming.. simply never showed up. I had to call to be rescheduled again!
