Honestly, I'm not sure if I would recommend UWD to any of my friends. While I like the actual product, the window installation and process to resolve issues post installation has been a nightmare and has soured the entire process. My windows were not caulked to the house so now every window has a path for water to get behind the window frame potentially causing damage to my house structure. Extremely poor communication
Installed broken windows in our home. Window capping not completed. Window caulking is cracking after 1 week). Contacted Universal and have been advised that broken windows should be replaced in a month or so. Terrible quality control! Very dissatisfied with Universal Windows.

Windows appear to be of reasonable quality, but installation process could not have been worse.
