I love the windows, but I have a problem with the door that was installed. The door is not what I told the salesman I wanted. He did not have any door samples or pictures, so I showed him a door on my house that is self storing and almost completely glass and that's what he told me he had. I was not there when the door was installed, that was the last part installed. When I showed up the next day, I was very disappointed. As of now, installation is not complete
The installer first rescheduled, and then failed to show up on rescheduled date. After leaving a message about the issue, no one has contacted a full 5 days after scheduled install.

Ryan installed our windows and was very professional. He demonstrated all the operational features of the windows, and did an excellent job of installing.
We had such a horrible experience with the actual installation we wouldn’t recommend at this point. The sad thing is that the windows are high quality. Now we are left with wondering who to get to install the rest of our windows.
