Would have preferred them be honest about how hard the install would be or what other options exist.(even outside of the their services) the install was on a log home, which the installers admitted they had never dealt with.

Ever since we received my new front door, I have not had a great experience. It has leaked since they day we got it, and the issue resolution has not been satisfactory. It is still not properly fixed to this day, and I'm still getting contacted to finish payment, even though I have told multiple people that we will not pay the balance in full until it is properly fixed.

was the worst purchase experience of my life, know why Salesman left. Never a company initiated call to inform of delay or change of installer. Installers were freelance and lackadaisical aside from the original man Lee. ordered Feb 2021 and finished Aug 2022 for an order that was to take 12 weeks and absolutely no customer service. Installation Mgr was a rude, hostile asshole.

My story is probably well-documented within Universal Windows Direct. Only one of five windows correct at delivery. We agree to use three of the incorrect windows, but only if the other incorrect window is quickly replaced with one that is the correct size. It has now been over two months, and we have not yet seen a tech that can spec and order our replacement window. I recommended this product to seven friends after I made the decision to purchase. Three of those referrals are no longer speaking to me because YOU BLOW UP their phones over and over and over and over and over and over and over. Three of these people have purchased windows from someone else since then because you were too high pressure and you do not respect peoples wishes.
