Windows look good! Mix up on order, had to come back and install 3 new windows and door. Installer left with.big hole in one of the screens. UWD says I have to file warranty claim, Flex Screen says.its UWD problem. Left.with hole in scrern?

Part of my contract was to have a sign in my yard for thirty days which i will honor, however I have had three neighbors ask me about my windows and I've told all of them to use another company for windows. This will continue to be my recommendation going forward. My dissatisfaction is NOT with the installation, that was a great experience as the installers did a fantastic job on every thing. They even found five of the sashes to be defective from the factory and initiated an issue report (no. 81595) to address replacement. ... read more
