I can not recommend them at this time. The lack of thoroughly communicating with employees and customers is a big problem. I ordered a custom door the opening was measured twice. The size of the custom door was changed twice so it would fit the opening. Waited five months for installation and when the door finally arrived it didn't fit and the swing was wrong. I can not recommend UWD.

This is the 4th time UWD asked for our feedback. UWD SUCKS. For the 4th time you have NOT completed the job! 1st. sales person in Aug, said 6 to 8 weeks between ordering windows and getting them installed. YOU WERE WRONG! It will be over 20 weeks when they are completely installed, if you show up? In mid Nov. I had to call you to see when we might expect to get the windows. So when I bought my windows I was told that it would be 8-10 weeks until they were installed. Trust me, I get that the world is crazy an literally everyone has unforeseen delays that they are dealing with right now. That is why I waited 4 months before reaching out to customer service to figure out what was going wrong. Customer service took all my information and told me they didn't know anything and that they would send it to management who would get right back to me. So, I waited another week. Sales rep was nice but told us our 16 windows would be installed around the first week of December this was on October 6th. They were installed roughly 6 weeks after that January 6th,7th and 8th. He also charged us for complete tear outs and when the measuring technician came out he said we didn't need complete tear outs. The company does not give an itemized list of what you are actually paying for it's just a huge amount on the invoice.
