This is my second install and have either wait past the appointed install time or have been cancelled and not given a new appointment time after Universal Windows cancelled 5 days ago with NO follow up

At this time I would never recommend them. The installers came on Thursday to install all my windows. Thank god the installers were good at their job. They came in and said they wanted to measure to make sure all the windows were correct. Well guess what the guy that came to measure got EVERY single window WRONG. I was told 10 - 12 weeks it took 16 weeks and then they were wrong, not 1 or 2 but ALL windows were measured wrong. This is completely unacceptable.

Windows appear to be great quality, but this company really lacks in customer service. They ordered the wrong casing color and every person I spoke with over the phone whether it was for ordering or payment were not friendly.

Not at all. There was no follow up or follow through when the doors we received were not right. After a month of waiting we decided to reach out to salesman and his supervisor to advice it had been over a month since we sent the doors back and because of the lack of follow through or concern as to why the product was sent back we decided to cancel order. This survey has been the last communication regarding service. Even though supervisor did send an email to advise we could not cancel order.

I ordered my windows in early June of 2021. My windows were finally built in October of 2021. I had an install date of 11/1/21. I was told that the install would take 3 days. The installers were supposed to be at my house at 8:00 am on 11/1/21 The Universal windows company ask that you give the installers a 2 hour window in case they have traffic issues or product pickup issues. I would never recommend this company. The worst that I have ever experienced, the Customer Service was terrible. The lying from every person we talked with the lies never ended. If they would have been honest we are ok with delays but they did not do that. They lied to me and then my husband and even the Finance company. They missed 3 scheduled installations. They had to put our windows in when it was 30 degree and snowing. The Installers were great.
