The windows themselves are some of the best on the market. The customer service aspect of this business does not match the quality of their product. I had to call several times just for updates. No one seems to really be on top of things. Multiple run arounds. Overall terrible communication and bad customer service.

We are returning customers and I had already recommended universal windows to my sister before the latest install. This past install is still waiting to be completed and it was supposed to be this week. After multiple calls I was pushed to the service department to finish the job and still have to wait 3 more weeks. Lack of communication is crazy and the customer service department protects the warehouse group. I have been in customer service for 10 plus years and dealing with unhappy customers is not fun but happens.

My overall experience was not a pleasant one. The salesman came promptly to give me his sales talk and demo his product. His price beat Bee Windows by half so I placed the order. I was told it would be 8 weeks after they did the final measurements which took threes weeks for them to come do. I was emailed an ETA of Sept. 3rd. That day came and went with no word. I never received receipts for the 2 payments, the 1 for the deposit and the 1 for when the job was done. The salesman told us that he did not give receipts the company will send us one. we have never seen 1. But the installer would give us 1 along with the warranty papers. That did not happen. Was told the same by the installer, got nothing.
