We had such a horrible experience with the actual installation we wouldn’t recommend at this point. The sad thing is that the windows are high quality. Now we are left with wondering who to get to install the rest of our windows.

Customer service and communication is lacking. Windows weren’t cleaned, stickers weren’t removed and we were told to go BIY cleaner for the stickers after paying huge money for the windows, trash was left in yard, we expected to pay final amount even though there were things to be fixed. Sales person never responded to email or 2 messages.

We are on Day 3 and the 8 windows still not complete. We were told installation would take one day. Lack of communication and questionable work make me question quality of install.

I can not recommend them at this time. The lack of thoroughly communicating with employees and customers is a big problem. I ordered a custom door the opening was measured twice. The size of the custom door was changed twice so it would fit the opening. Waited five months for installation and when the door finally arrived it didn't fit and the swing was wrong. I can not recommend UWD.

This is the 4th time UWD asked for our feedback. UWD SUCKS. For the 4th time you have NOT completed the job! 1st. sales person in Aug, said 6 to 8 weeks between ordering windows and getting them installed. YOU WERE WRONG! It will be over 20 weeks when they are completely installed, if you show up? In mid Nov. I had to call you to see when we might expect to get the windows.
