It shouldn’t take 4 months to get windows the guys had 3 but took for ever to get the 4th one

This was a disaster start to finish. We have used Universal Windows Direct before with great success, so we called them again when we moved. Big mistake. From the very first day, the salesman was extremely late for our appointment and ended up being here through our dinner time and time to get our child to bed for school in the morning. The windows we ordered for an 8 to 12 week delivery did not come in for 15. Understandable, given the pandemic. If the work alone were to be critiqued, the window installation would be no trouble. Fine job by the installer...left zero mess and went right to work and windows done in about 1 1/2 hours. Al our sales guy was very great, kept us up to date on installation. installation date was changed a few times. once due to the installers truck breaking down on the way to our house. the installers were late both days, by like a 1/2 hour. they did communicate they would be late, but kept changing who they would call making it confusing for my husband and i.

Windows are fine but a small resulting tear in the screen upon installation still is unresolved a couple weeks afterwards. I waited patiently 3 months for the installation and certainly dont want to wait another 3 months to get the small tear corrected. Please address so I can resolve payment.

I hav been waiting for my screen door to be fixed for 2 months now since the install. Also the window was 2 inches narrower than originally ordered.
