I have had nothing but issues with communication. I was given a date that they said work would be done and they still have not even received the windows. They finally received the door and came and installed. Installers had to come back a second time because one of the guys left with the tools in his vehicle. The returned the next day to finish install. Now, the door is not sealing unless we deadbolt so we had to reschedule another day for them to come out. The next available date is Sept. 16th.

Took 20 weeks after i paid for them to finally be installed

I am extremely unhappy. I have several scratches and marks on the frame of these windows. The glass has a weird film like stuff that I tried to get off and some of it won't come off. One window has scratches in the glass. The job couldn't be completed the 1st time bc they didn't have the stuff to install one of my windows so all of my other windows were left unfinished on the outside.
