The job is not finished. Windows were installed on Wednesday, but outside of windows needs to be completed. There is open / exposed insulation. Was assured that job would be completed by end of the week, it didn't happen. Was told a manager would call on Saturday to resolve the issue, never got a call. One of the screens is not acceptable, not taut like it should be. Dried putty needs to be cleaned off of one of the screens. I have called trying to contact the company to let them know I have two small holes in my screen. I left a message and no one has called me back. Its been a week and a half now.

At this time not very happy. On Sunday June 6th I took all of my window shades and everything down as directed so they could begin work on Monday the 7th. Monday morning gat a call not sure where the windows are. Still waiting...

Customer service is horrible. Contacted via several routes and have never had the ACTUAL supervisor contact us back. Was not a good experience. Rescheduled several times, issues with installation, windows dirty from installation and nail holes left uncovered.

I had a hard time getting the installation scheuled. It was months and then they cancelled and told me it would be another month or so.

Based on the errors on the windows that had to be reordered and the damage caused during installation of one of the doors, I may/may not recommend Universal Windows Direct.
