Windows are fine but a small resulting tear in the screen upon installation still is unresolved a couple weeks afterwards. I waited patiently 3 months for the installation and certainly dont want to wait another 3 months to get the small tear corrected. Please address so I can resolve payment.

I hav been waiting for my screen door to be fixed for 2 months now since the install. Also the window was 2 inches narrower than originally ordered.

I have had nothing but issues with communication. I was given a date that they said work would be done and they still have not even received the windows. They finally received the door and came and installed. Installers had to come back a second time because one of the guys left with the tools in his vehicle. The returned the next day to finish install. Now, the door is not sealing unless we deadbolt so we had to reschedule another day for them to come out. The next available date is Sept. 16th.

Took 20 weeks after i paid for them to finally be installed
