I had a hard time getting the installation scheuled. It was months and then they cancelled and told me it would be another month or so.

Based on the errors on the windows that had to be reordered and the damage caused during installation of one of the doors, I may/may not recommend Universal Windows Direct.

So far our installation has been delayed more than once. We are still waiting which has made us put other contractors on delay. Still waiting.

Installation of windows are still not finished even after 3 weeks and 3 visit from Installation crew. Some windows do not function properly.
