While the entire experience was a bit disappointing due to a lack of communication. The product is fantastic and installation was fast & efficient. Throughout the installation process there was very little communication (after multiple attempts to contact the central office) as to when the job would be finished after being rained out on day 2. It has been a year and a half since I first placed my order and I am still waiting for some windows to be serviced for repairs.

I’ve been very disappointed with my order and the service. I still am waiting for them to come and finish the job. I bought the window in October and it’s now April and I’ve not gotten it completed.

Ordered in November did not install until April. No communication aside from when we reached out for updates on ETA (not even email). Would have expected better customer service given the price paid.

My sales experience was great but after I sent my first check it all went downhill. Quality of product, service, follow up, and overall professionalism was not worth the cost.
