So far our installation has been delayed more than once. We are still waiting which has made us put other contractors on delay. Still waiting.

Installation of windows are still not finished even after 3 weeks and 3 visit from Installation crew. Some windows do not function properly.

I had a number of concerns/issues starting with the initial sales pitch, miscommunication on what I was expecting and the quality and installation of the product.

While the entire experience was a bit disappointing due to a lack of communication. The product is fantastic and installation was fast & efficient. Throughout the installation process there was very little communication (after multiple attempts to contact the central office) as to when the job would be finished after being rained out on day 2. Along with those frustrations, the installation crew left MULTIPLE cigarette butts around the property along with various screws and nails from installation. This was incredibly disapp... read more
