It has been a year and a half since I first placed my order and I am still waiting for some windows to be serviced for repairs.

I’ve been very disappointed with my order and the service. I still am waiting for them to come and finish the job. I bought the window in October and it’s now April and I’ve not gotten it completed.

Ordered in November did not install until April. No communication aside from when we reached out for updates on ETA (not even email). Would have expected better customer service given the price paid.

My sales experience was great but after I sent my first check it all went downhill. Quality of product, service, follow up, and overall professionalism was not worth the cost.

The process was terrible. The work was sloppy. Cigarette butts all over the yard. Let the job unfinished and when I called the manager he said the job was done. Caulk was missing and the plastic molding they put around the interior of the window was missing. Caulk on furniture. Spray foam on walls and on exterior from the second floor down.
