Our installation was postponed several times, first due to a work slow-down at the suppliers, then due to a lack of communication between the measurer and the installers. Our windows are mostly block and metal frames, not wood, and the installers had to make several adjustments to their equipment and supplies before they could proceed.

Job still not finished after one month. Warehouse ran out of flashing material and is now back-ordered from factory. No indication when material will be received. Installation should not have begun without all of the materials being available.
