We signed the contract to replace the windows in the entire house as well as the sliding glass door the 29th of September. They were measured on the October 5,2020. We were told it would be between 60 and 90 days for the windows to come in - it was over 5 months with no communication from the Sales Rep or the Company during this time in December from the owners regarding Covid

False advertisement at its finest. Your sales people should not show the commercials or videos of universal windows process of installation its absolutely no where even close. Your installers did not show up in company shirts nor a company vehicle. They DO NOT clean up nor do they clean the windows. The sales person will tell you they will fix this and that then they will rip your doors and windows out to say oh no we can't fix that. I really like the quality of the windows, but I cannot get the company to finish the instillation. I have made numerous calls and they are still not finished.

I would like to see how your process works without the COVID 19 pandemic. It seemed every problem that came up always came with an excuse of COVID 19, although our sales rep. Tony assured us there would like be little to no delay with the install.

Horrible experience all the way around. Worst communication, follow through, missed dates, delays in installation. One day job took over 6 days to complete.
