I would like to see how your process works without the COVID 19 pandemic. It seemed every problem that came up always came with an excuse of COVID 19, although our sales rep. Tony assured us there would like be little to no delay with the install.

Horrible experience all the way around. Worst communication, follow through, missed dates, delays in installation. One day job took over 6 days to complete.

Widows were not as ordered. I was told they would make it right but after a week no news and job not complete. Still have 7 windows that do not have edging on them.
