Wasn’t worth 12,500 .the company keep telling me different times when they would be here when I called they hung up on me. My window was sitting in storage for a week.they said that the installers would be here 8to 10 four Hispanic guy came at 1 :15 none of them spoke english a picture frame was broken a blind was broken .there was a little gap at the top of some window the put a piece of plastic to cover it slapped the windows in and caulk them Im putting trim up to cover the caulk .put it this way not very good experience!

Installers did a horrible job damage to the door unloading doors made wrong took 5hrs longer to install than was told could not speak English

Installers stood in kitchen sink and on other furniture. Did not cover their muddy boots. Threw window coverings in a heap. Loud - suspected use of a controlled substance

Not likely. As we previously reported we had numerous problems including installation of several windows that were not the ones we ordered so they had to be reordered, replaced and reinstalled at a later date; we had problems with windows that would not stay open; windows that were not caulked properly; and one window that continues to leak.

I would probably recommend Universal Windows Direct, but as time goes by and the problems that I have with my installed sliding glass door go unacknowledged and what appears to be ignored, I am less and less likely to do so. The installers told us there was a problem with the door during the install, and said they would turn in a work order to have the door either repaired or replaced, but that was months ago.
