The installers were friendly and professional. The salesman not so much.miscounted our windows and of course it's right where it seen from the road.and my wife specifically told him she wanted a frosted bathroom window. Didn't get that either.never saw a contract untill after he was gone. By email Buy two get one free my ass.said the price would be 10,000 more. Because the ones I would buy to get the free ones would cost twice as much. Tell me how that works!!! Don't get me wrong the windows look go

It didn't take long for a salesman to come out and sell us a door after we had them install 12 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. But fixing a messed up door has been terrible. I believe we have been taken advantage of because of our age and my veteran's husband's disability.
Absolutely not. UWD is unprofessional, unorganized, and blames every other department when something goes wrong instead of owning the issue and fixing it. Anything that could go wrong went wrong for our job. The product is fine.
