Based on my experience with your company, I would never recommend anyone to use Universal Windows Direct.
My windows leaked from day 1. It took 6 tech visits and a full reinstall 5 months later to resolve the leaks. In the mean time the seals broke on half the windows. That took another 2 months to be fixed. The caulking around the window frames cracked and split within days of repairs. This is the worst install imaginable. I wish we would have used a different company.

I am with holding my opinion….until issue is resolved.
Sales representative was decent, English. Wehave been a bit deceptive. The best grade windows were demonstrated while we were sold the standard grade. On installation day, windows arrived incomplete and missing parts, and the grade of quality was lesser than what we were led to belive we purchased. Installation crew was an unprofessional, 3rd party, non-english speaking personnel that left their trash behind, did not have basic tools (a level) and their vehicle leaked oil all over our driveway.
