I have had a horrible experience from the moment of our install. We went from being scheduled a two day install to cramming it into one day. We had horrible wind storms that afternoon and evening. The 3 man crew was there until 8:30 pm. Everything was an absolute mess, including the actual install. One of our windows were cracked upon arrival, water comes in at the seams of our sliding door, the yard was a disaster (tarps, fiberglass, metal pieces, screws, a hammer and a ladder left). T sales man lied to me, said i would save30% on my power bill, the company manufactures the windows and subcontractor are not hired to install the window, Also said there was a warranty on the window for breakage of any kind, even the glass,
The customer service before the install was terrible. We wasted multiple days of the setup process waiting for service members, only to be let down. Whenever we asked for the most simple bit of help we were let down.
The installers walked all over the landscaping leaving it flattened out. The screens on 2 of the windows are too short and there is a 1/2 gap on the side of the screens. Also there were still shard pieces of aluminum, caulk tube ends that they cut off and small screws laying everywhere in the landscaping.
Not this time. Customer service has gone down hill and definitely has the factory product and installation.
Buyer beware. This company uses the sales tactic of "make your decision right now after our 2hr sales pitch to get the best pricing or forget getting a good price on your windows and installation. "
