The first part of the process was nice and easy. The sales representative was quick to show and let us know what they could offer. They sent the technician in to measure the windows fairly quickly as well. We were told that it would be installed in October, maybe November. This process started in August. We were fine with that timeline and ordered the windows. November went by with no contact from anyone. We called and asked about when we should expect the windows to be in. We were told they needed to hear back about permits... read more
Customer service and follow up is dismal. The door was measured incorrectly and the frame on the replacement door was backwards. We placed the order in April, first one installed in June, 2nd incorrect door in October, finally the correct door the first week of February’23.

UWD contacts installers which in our recent experience was awful. They were unprofessional, sloppy and an overall poor representation of the company.
