Slow to respond, lots of mistakes (windows orders 3x)
The windows may be O.K., but the installation is terrible. There are air leaks around the outer sides around the windows.
It took over a year and 5 different crews of installers to correctly install these Windows. Communication is horrible. I wasted at least a week of vacation days at my work for this.
Confusing paperwork; needed hard copy to review - only gave digital; took too long to finish.

It has taken us over 6 months to get out install 100% completed. 5 different times 4 different service men coming to our house to take pictures and write notes to get the job finished.
Not only was our window experience beyond awful, doors also have been problematic. We have yet to hear back.
The salesman didn’t order the windows we requested and we then guy came out to take measurements that’s when we noticed that the windows ordered was the wrong ones. We then contacted customer service and they informed us we had to either keep what had been ordered or pay a cancellation fee of like $2500. Because it was more than a week from the contract being signed even though the windows still haven’t been cut to our measurements.
