Poor communication. Terrible customer service. On original delivery and install date there were missing screen and grids on one front of house window. Someone came and measured for the correct items. Weeks later, we had to take another day off from work, the new items did not fit. Another attempt to get corrected work done - wrong items again. We are still waiting for correct materials. My job is not complete. My yard and deck were left a mess. The anxiety and dread I feel when told I need to be the middle man between the install team and UWD when reporting issues is not one I would recommend to friends or family. I was told this morning it would be another month before an inspector would be able to come out so the trash in my yard, holes in my siding and unfinished windows will now have to go with us into the winter. Poor installation, had to have 2 windows re-done completely. Had to have 4 windows re-adjusted before leaving. They were at our house until 10pm. No communication and had to use our vacuum but didn’t clean up anything- had caulk in my carpet, debris laying everywhere in my yard and house. Had to have caulk re-done twice. Two screens had ripped seams after install- had to have re-done. It’s all covered but I’ve had 4 visits already and my windows are only 2 months old. Very disappointed for what we paid for. The communication is poor after the install. It was fine prior to install, but when repairs were needed it has been very poor.
