The last employee who replaced the second defective window was great. After 11 months of nightmare experiences, the last one was good. The only problem is I have him a check for the balance and he couldn't give me a receipt. He said it would be emailed to me. Of course, I haven't gotten it. Unfortunately, would not recommend this company ever.
BEWARE. If they damage your property during installation, they will tell you they have a $500 limit as to compensation, regardless of what they have damaged.
I have a very terrible experience. The worker took 2 weeks to install my windows, never showed upafter first 2 days of installation, called them for a week straight keep telling me they where coming. Had to call coporate office, they finally showed up a week later to finish my windows my install date was Sept 20 th my windows where finally done on October 3 rd
Original installation date of August 13 came with a broken window and a broken sliding glass door. Was told my manufacturing was going to be pushed up because I had already been waiting for the original installation. Six weeks past before I was called saying my replacement products were in.Follow up appointment was scheduled and only the sliding glass door was sent. Should have bought window's and had a contractor put them in. That was the initial plan. Should have stuck with it. That way inside wouldn't look so bad
It took nearly a year after install to get the vinyl strip that was not with my new patio door. My original install was a disaster. There was damage to my house, poor workmanship, and broken glass left in my driveway and in the street. Another crew had to come out to remove and reinstall the patio door and nine of the twelve windows. I had to take off several days from work to deal with all the drama that surrounded this situation. I ordered 4 windows and I’m missing one. The installer just told me it’s missing and gave me no other information about it.
