We have multiple problems with the windows and sent in a survey response indicating the problems. We received an email that said they needed 24 to 48 hours to get back to us with resolution of the problems. That was more than a week ago and we have not heard anything. Four of the windows were not manufactured correctly- they were specified to be 40/60 but they were 50/50. The balance doesn’t work in one window. Plugs were not installed in many of the windows and other problems.

Five windows took one year, four different crews, and a visit from two supervisors to be installed correctly. The mutton bars have visible open seams and this is the second set of sashes and second set of screens! All in all it was a disaster!

Poor communication with office. Good communication with installer. Pretty sure our appointments — multiple for this install alone — were pushed due to mistakes in the office which just pushed back our install for many months. Still not done. June purchase.
