This was not a good experience. We waited for months for our custom door to be built only for it to be built incorrectly. The door that was installed does not close properly and also has a 1-inch gap at the bottom of the door. Now we have to wait for a new door to be built and rescheduled to be installed.
Never would recommend. Customer service was terrible.
Took over year to complete job.
Round 1 initial installation of my patio door was missing parts. Round 2 no one showed up. Round 3 was done incorrectly resulting in damage to the drywall and custom trim which was subsequently thrown away by the installer. The trim and drywall should NEVER have been touched. Then, a totally incorrect color of wall trim was installed. After multiple calls which took weeks, I was then instructed to get a quote to have the damages repaired and new trim installed.
