The radio began to randomly cut off and reboot. The problem has continued even after the radio was replaced two times. We made a video of the problem in real time as it was occurring. The video shows the problem occurring two times within two minutes of each other. As of today the technician has been unable to reproduce the problem in the shop. The actual day was fine. However, after paying for an inspection to be done they failed to tell me I needed a new battery. My car died about a week later. I call to talk to someone and no one ever got back to me or checked. I am very disappointed.
The people are not organized all that they destroyed my credit by sending my credit to different banks so there for am not happy the way I was treated with Vandergrift let make your customers happy any time any where is very important .is a bad experience in my journey life is a serious embarrassing things am not expecting at all u love this they need to put things right if they want ro keep a customers , I was ketp for almost 7 days just because I wanted to buy a car this is not acceptable at

Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Horrible customer service. Have had issues with this location every time I go in This last time I went for oil change and tire rotation and they didnt rotate my tires! Had my truck detailed there and got my truck back with a huge scratch on my driver side door.
Terrible, they added unconditionally extra charges on the vehicle

Ive been a Verdergriff customer since 2005 (Chevrolet). I recently inherited a Corolla from my mother and took it to the Toyota house. Worst service I ever received. I had an appointment at 745am. Didnt get out until until 3.5 hours later just for an oil change. Thats only because I got up and complained to the service guy that people coming in after me were already leaving. Vandergriff Toyota have a long way to go to get where their sister company is....Out within an hour or less with an appointment.
I needed an oil change which should have been free due to my low mileage on my new Camry. Called in for service I was told to come in for my free oil change. Came in and I was told it will not be free. Miscommunication between Toyota employees and or lack of knowledge oil change didnt happen. Try speaking with a manager and was told the manager was not available. Left my information for a manager to contact me and no one never did. Dont think Ill be buying another Toyota.
