I was not pleased, I got the oil pan replaced. I did not have an oil leak at first, but after they did the repair I had an oil leak. I ended up talking to Chris the manager and he gave me a credit. I have been with your dealership for many years. I have never had the service problems, I have had lately before. You must have some new service people. They are not doing good service.

Ruined a new tired with only 10,000 miles on it. I called Vandergriff Toyota and spoke with Service Advisor Jim Cartwright. Before I had finished explaining my situation , Jim already had pulled me up on his computer and said, yep, your covered! He ordered tire and had me in and out of his facility in 40 min. Great service.
