Ive been a Verdergriff customer since 2005 (Chevrolet). I recently inherited a Corolla from my mother and took it to the Toyota house. Worst service I ever received. I had an appointment at 745am. Didnt get out until until 3.5 hours later just for an oil change. Thats only because I got up and complained to the service guy that people coming in after me were already leaving. Vandergriff Toyota have a long way to go to get where their sister company is....Out within an hour or less with an appointment.
I needed an oil change which should have been free due to my low mileage on my new Camry. Called in for service I was told to come in for my free oil change. Came in and I was told it will not be free. Miscommunication between Toyota employees and or lack of knowledge oil change didnt happen. Try speaking with a manager and was told the manager was not available. Left my information for a manager to contact me and no one never did. Dont think Ill be buying another Toyota. Vandergriff 0 starts
Bad customer service. They dont care about people and takes a lot of time in getting your car ready.
They only completed 2 of the 3 services I requested. The following day they had terrible communication to get the 3rd service complete
Scheduled for oil service, went in and waited three hours and my car didnt even get an oil change but received a tire rotation and inspection. No communication from staff they were changing services or notification that it was going to be 3 hours or I would have dropped the car off.
Service department was all over the place.
Van's battery that was not dead nor had any problems before entering the service department, suddenly was dead and lost power steering. I was told the shocks were leaking but they did not have the parts and would call when they had them, still no call. Van lost power at a stop light 3 days after the van was returned and would not pull away, called, left two messages, that was 7 days ago. No on answers the phone, no one returns the calls. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
I brought my Tundra over, left it with instructions, service, rotate, inspection, and ESTIMATE on replacing the driver's side front wheel cover as the old one had come loose and was rubbing on my tire. Four phones, still no estimate, five hours you kept my truck and couldn't complete the service, plus Juarez was no help at all. He should answer his phone once in a while. Guarantee you one thing, when I get ready to trade, it darn sure won't be with Vandergriff.
