Horrible! Just horrible. They promote physical and occupational therapy. They even have Kaiser believing it, but it's horrible...loud, constant interruptions to your rest, no sleep. Horrible.

Been trying to get ahold of my friend for over 24 hours and no one will answer the phone or when they do they just transfer me and it goes to voicemail. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND STAFF THAT HAVE ALL ANSWERED MY CALLS HERE. No one has been able to help me at all! I do not recommend this place at all! Still haven't reached my friend who had a stroke! This is awful service!!

My father caught Covid while he was staying at this facility and died at Good Samaritan Hospital in January. They sent him to Good Samaritan Hospital with fluid in his lungs. He died 5 days later after he was admitted to the hospital. I am finally going to give my review fo this facility This was my dads third facility he stayed at. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My mother stayed here two years ago before she passed. She was physically assaulted by a night nurse. We filled out a police report and they still assigned the nurse to her room a week later. When she was transported to Good Samaritan hospital, she had several bed sores that were documented by the staff there as well streptococcus. Not a very professionally ran medical establishment. At other SNFs you are welcomed by the Administration team and DON and given business cards to reach out if any concerns. Vasona Creek does not greet you. Nor do they inform you who makes up their Administrative team. You do not see business cards on the front counter. When you do ask whose in charge or to speak to manager they give you a card to a Admission Director who is not know to the staff. Very suspicious and scary, so who is running this place? I would agree with the last review. This place is a joke you can't get a hold of anybody . They point the finger at each other and say it somebody else's responsibility ! It's complete and obvious neglect!!!!!!I do not recommend this place for your loved ones. I repeat, do not send your family here. This place should be shut down. WARNING!!!! Please do not send any loved one you care about to this place. The lack of care is criminal. The facility is run down and dirty. They have one nurse on staff on each floor and there are 2 floors. They hold 148 beds at this facility and If there is an issue the either ignore you or blame someone else on staff. My dad had a stroke and the had to have a special diet so he would not choke....4 different times they brought the wrong food so they took it away and did not give him anything to eat or drink.
