Service or Repair Issues I had put in 2 maintenance requests. The first one was to replace my outlet for my dryer and that was on Friday August 8th. The second one was my central air stopped working Monday August 11th. Billing Issues I inquired about a rental property located at **** ****** ********** ****** ** *****. I just paid $83.95 for a 2 person application which includes a processing fee. In rapid time, I received notification that the property is off the market but Vinebrooks company charged me for a property that wasn't even available from the start. I called their toll-free number and was advised to send an email and wait for a response. I did that but this is unacceptable and stealing money!

Service or Repair Issues This place has ignored work order requests since July 13, 2025. I have message customer service, maintenance, and property managers but they are all ignoring me. The air is not working, the ceiling has come down due to leaks in the home. Nobody will return a call or an email. They lied saying work order for the leak was completed but nobody ever came out. They know I am not renewing the lease so it’s like they are being more of the slum lords they are used to being.

Service or Repair Issues I’m a rental customer that was moved into a property that was not move in ready off the word of Vinebrook employees. Billing Issues Vinebrook homes has been charging me for back utilities for utilities I have already paid. This is fraudulent and needs to be corrected as soon as possible. I will not be paying Julys rent until I am awarded all all the fraudulent payments back to me. These payments have gone over looked because I was busy but I’ve had time to sit down and note everything that I have been over charged for.

Service or Repair Issues On June 25th at night. I put in a service request ********. Me and my children and pets have been in 90° weather. No one has even came out to look at it.
