Problems with Product/Service I made a complaint about the AC in July, my house wasn't cooling at all. All day it in the 80's in the house what made it worse that it still was in the 80's at night all night. Vinebrooks sent out two maintenance men on two different occasions. Both men blames it on the weather told me to keep my blinds closed. I told them about the vent in my daughters bedroom was not working.The maintenance men told me that they would look into it. Problems with Product/Service This company refuses to engage me by the phone or by mail. I rent one of their properties. My husband and I are seniors and do correspond via email. ******* ***** at their office has been uncooperative to this request and prolonged our lease renewal. We've had our daughter send her several messages on our behalf. This is to the point of them harassing us to their preferred communication method. Our daughter is helping us to fill this out. Problems with Product/Service I am reaching out in regards to Vinebrook Homes. I was originally renting from ****** homes beginning of February 2020 but they were bought out by Vinebrook Homes starting March 2021. Problems with Product/Service I moved in my home in September 2020 under Conrex and never had a problem with them they always tried to accommodate their tenants. Vine brook took over in March 2021 and from the way it looks they want to evict their tenants immediately. I Have called several time to speak with someone to try and pay my rent after the august 19 and and only to speak with someone once and still didn't get anywhere. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook homes has been the worst experience renting I have ever had in 20 years of renting. Upon moving in, none of the plumbing worked in the Master bedroom and the basement floods. There is still a bat infestation surrounding the upstairs where I sleep or at least try because the bats make noise all night. Bat poop surrounds the house in piles. Problems with Product/Service I have a serious issue with your company. I was not able to rent from you guys because my co-applicant and I split up and I did not qualify on my own. Please look below at your agent telling me that due to that I would get my funds back. I call today bc I have not received them and she tells me I am not getting my money back. Problems with Product/Service We moved in 2/28/20 and have had nothing but major problems since we signed the lease. The most recent and pressing of these issues is the hole in our ceiling from water damage and a hole in the roof. Vinebrook is well aware of the hole because we noticed the obvious patchwork AND spoke with the previous tenants about the leaking and flooding in the home.
