Advertising/Sales Issues My fiancé and I lived in a Vinebrook Homes property for 6 years. On 8/30/21, Vinebrook sent a bill for move out charges in excess of our original $675 security deposit without clear explanation or ability to resolve the issue. The charges included work that would be done to take care of normal wear and tear, like paint ($500). We never painted the rooms another color or damaged the paint. Billing/Collection Issues I am a single mother of 5 children who lives in ********* *** I am dealing with a rat infestation in my home and Vinebrook Homes is not trying to fix this issue. Rats are biting into my food and also causing damages in the home that I am sure the company is going to try and charge me for. Problems with Product/Service 8/7/21 only toilet in home broke. *** # contacted. 8/8/21 plumber came did a main line clean out stated Vinebrook would have to replace flooring and toilet as it wouldn't get a proper seal. 8/9/21 toilet broke again *** # contacted again - no maintenance came - house uninhabitable especially for children including one with disabilities. 8/11/21 called *** again to get a follow up. Problems with Product/Service I currently rent through Vinebrook Homes. In June of 2021 they purchased the home we were living In through trading earth reality. They knew all of the damage that was wrong with the home before purchasing it these are the same issues we were having with trading earth reality that they have never fixed. Problems with Product/Service An emergency maintenance request was placed on 9-5 around 1am for a fallen tree limb. The tree limb caught fire as it fell onto a live electrical wire, ripped off the service mast to the house as well as the gutters and caused roof damage. A maintenance request was immediately placed after emergency services were called and the electric company came to safely disconnect the electrical to the property to prevent any fires. Advertising/Sales Issues My name is **** ******. I am appalled at how unprofessional Vinebrook has been. So, early August I was having issues with billing. I was sent out a reversal. On said Reversal it did not list why the payment had been reversed. I called you guys 15 times. Left a dozen messages also, reached out via email. Problems with Product/Service We moved out of our Vinebrook house on 7/15/21, after living there the entirety of our lease. We were never late paying rent, always paid in full, and never submitted a work order. We fixed problems our selves. On 8/13/21 when I received our check for a small portion of our deposit, I emailed Jessica Kruse and asked who I could call regarding discrepancies I had. Billing/Collection Issues Air conditioner went out Tuesday overnight into Wednesday 9/1. Filled a maintenance request online. Called several times over the next two days as the unit is freezing into the furnace now. No one has returned calls, no one has called us. I have a newborn and a toddler who are both miserable inside out home as it is 85 plus degrees in here.
