Problems with Product/Service A/C unit has quit working 3 times this summer, twice this week alone. It takes 1 to 2 business days for a response from vinebrook even when outside temp is 95 plus with a heat index over 105. They do not trouble shoot or repair the unit, only add freon. Downstairs temp is 80 plus with the upstairs temp 90 plus. Our rent is always paid on time, yet vinebrook does not respond to maintenance requests in a timely or effective manner. Problems with Product/Service for 5 years I've complained about a pipe that flows water onto my sidewalk. landlord keeps calling a plumber. now that pipe is broken & the water is no longer on my sidewalk but all over the basement floor. called plumber again on 8/8 & was told we need the carpet crew & an excavtor sent out. my 92 year old dad is sloshing around on soaked carpet that's been there over 2 weeks & is probably going to mold. Problems with Product/Service We are renting from Vinebrook and sent a termination letter on 7/26/2021 6:22 PM. They did respond and told us they would send us buyout paperwork that would have a fee of three times our rent and no return of our deposit. This is not listed anywhere in the lease. We told them we would follow through. They took away customer service contact by phone and only way to reach is by email. Problems with Product/Service We have had multiple problems with Vinebrook homes, the most recent of which being a tree in the backyard that lost a big limb that fell on top of two of our cars. Vinebrook has not communicated with us about the removal of the tree, and almost two days later, the limb is still on two cars. We are unable to go to work, unable to file claims with insurance, and Vinebrook isn't even communicating with us about the process, timeline, etc.

Advertising/Sales Issues I moved out of a Vinebrooks Homes rental house on 6/21/2021. My lease had switched leasing companies partially through my lease, and Vinebrook Homes claims to have lost $100 of my refundable deposit that they refuse to return to me, even though per my lease they are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of my deposit, and I have provided them with ample evidence showing the missing $100. Problems with Product/Service We have multiple maintenance EMERGENCIES and no one is returning my calls. There is a HOLE in the floor, the sub flooring has shifted, there are no gutters around the house, and when it rains you can feel the moisture in the walls. There is also a hole in the side of the house. The moisture in my closet is causing mold to build up on the walls and an odor. Problems with Product/Service My husband and I signed a lease agreement with Vinebrook Homes on 7/29/21 with a move in date of 8/6/21. The gas company employee came out today to turn my gas on only to tell me that he couldn't start my service today. He stated that the release valve on the hot water heater is point the wrong way. It needed to be pointed downward so the release valve could function properly. And by it being pointed upward it could possibly malfunction and blow the house up. Billing/Collection Issues I had made a maintenance request on the evening of 8/6 regarding our AC unit going out, and it being 80* in the house. The following day, I was hoping to get a phone call saying they have looked it over, and they are aware, and that they are doing what they can, & at least an ESTIMATE on when I should be seeing someone to come out and look.
