Billing/Collection Issues Over the past month VINEBROOK homes sent someone to cut the grass in the house yard TWICE to comply with ************** regulations without my knowledge and they are now charging me 250 for both. I had already mowed the lawn and trimmed the hedges and it's illegal to do this without my knowledge and then charge me that much. I can't get in contact with anyone through email or phone. It's horrible I physically can't find a way to communicate with a human being.
Billing/Collection Issues Bathroom floor has become week due to a possible water leak. This problem has been going on for about 3 months. The service manager keeps having contractors make appointments and they never show up. Per lease agreement paragraph 6 #9 (b) floor is in a dangerous condition.

I was told it was against policy but I could add an individual on as a "roommate" but my name would have to remain on the lease even though I would not be occupying it. Problems with Product/Service Our new apartment complex sent out a rental verification email to vinebrook homes August 25, 2021 and again on August 27, 2021 but there still has been no response and we need this to be done so we can acquire our new place.
Problems with Product/Service I am a new resident of Vinebrook homes (lease signed 8.19.21) I discoved the AC was not working and filed a maintaince request on 8.20.21. The maintaince man was out on Monday and advised that he could not fix the unit and that an actual HVAC company Climate Kings would be contacting me shortly to come and fix the unit as of 8.26.21 I have not heard from anyone and all of my calls and emails have not been returned. Problems with Product/Service My application was approved by ******* ****** for me and my adult son to relocate from *** *********** ** *********** ** XXXXX to *** ****** ** ******** **** ** on September 1, 2021. I have been unable to reach her or her assistant ******* ****** to sign a lease and pay my security deposit and 1st months rent.
Problems with Product/Service I made a complaint about the AC in July, my house wasn't cooling at all. All day it in the 80's in the house what made it worse that it still was in the 80's at night all night. Vinebrooks sent out two maintenance men on two different occasions. Problems with Product/Service This company refuses to engage me by the phone or by mail. I rent one of their properties. My husband and I are seniors and do correspond via email. ******* ***** at their office has been uncooperative to this request and prolonged our lease renewal. We've had our daughter send her several messages on our behalf. This is to the point of them harassing us to their preferred communication method. Our daughter is helping us to fill this out. Problems with Product/Service I am reaching out in regards to Vinebrook Homes. I was originally renting from ****** homes beginning of February 2020 but they were bought out by Vinebrook Homes starting March 2021.
