The extensions app used to ring your cellphone whenever you were away from your home phone. However, with the release of IOS 12 and IOS 13 this has stopped working ... it would be nice if this were fixed, I have reported this issue several times to tech support, but they have not responded to this issue.
After iOS13 upgrade, app gets stuck on launch screen and doesn’t take me to home screen - can’t make any calls from phone !!!
Application works really well on wifi but on cellular data, it lacks due to coverage problem. I hope it can work on low bandwidth as well like other applications on VOIP.. Also I hope they reduce their international calling charges...a lot of application now charges 1 cent per minute and with Vonage, I now pay $35 per month! Ridiculous!
When will there be an update to support the iPhone 11 Pro Max Screen size resolution? This has been a question now for over 2 years. What the hell is wrong with this company seriously. If your developers can't understand the need of screen size to support the app on full screen resolution then you have hired the wrong people. Seriously update this already and stop sitting there doing nothing.
I have used this app for years and while I don’t have any complaints on the call quality, the app in itself is at an elementary level. This rating is for the app, not for the service. The company charges customers up-to 45-60$ per monthly but hasn’t done anything to improve the app experience. It lacks even basic features like “favorite contacts” or “most called”. It is a good app from Vonage but several times the quality of the call is either not that good or it gets not that good after few minutes. I know is not the quality of the internet because several times I called right away via Skype and it always works perfect. They should also improve the search feature because you have to write the contact name as it is or otherwise it will not find it. Even if you write the last name, it will not find it.
Very slow and disconnects often.
It’s going bad to worse
Have never had good reception using app - multiple phones and locations over the years - calls will frequently cut out if I put the phone down and the screen shuts off. A lot of room for improvement.
