Every time I use Vonage to make a call (Local or international), I have to repeat several times before the person on the other end can understand. Earlier, I used to make all calls with vonage, Now, I prefer cell phone or WhatsApp calls I feel we are wasting our money on vonage since I barely make any phone call with this service. Hope you can fix this problem
Shows the wrong contact for incoming call
App worked fine for years but doesn’t seem to work anymore. Refuses my login and password and when I’m lucky enough for it to authenticate, it looses the info when restarted. Very disappointing...
Tried two calls and call seems to disconnect. Call remains active but there is no sound coming from through. This was after being on hold with the caller for almost 10 minutes
When I use this app it’s still displays my cell phone number instead of my landline and I tell it to display my landline.
The only beef I have with this app is that you can only block 50 numbers. I need unlimited blocking with the amount of spam we get at my house!
I signed up for nomorobo and that helped, but 50 numbers isn’t nearly enough to be able to block. I get the same “great credit score” message from 10 numbers alone! I’m considering shutting off my landline if Vonage can’t provide a solution for this.
It is sluggish and hasn’t been updated is some time. It needs to be updated to work on newer phones.
It doesn’t leave missed calls until a while after the call happened. Sometime it just sends calls directly to voicemail.
