Frustrating. When on a call, if my phone locks to battery saver mode, the phone disconnects suddenly
I am a subscriber of vonage. This app does not work on my iPhone XS Max. It’s disappointing. Just noticed that the app has not been updated in 2 years. Please update or remove the app from the store.
Surprised to see last version update is 2 yrs ago, mean while apple released 2 major OS already. While talking on phone, if we put on speaker/hands free option not working few times after new iOS software update. If screen got locked while talking call gets disconnects. Lots of issues , update it to proper Version. Are you guys really looking into reviews ???
Navigation is awefull. Still can’t block calls. Better to use the website.

Waited 21 minutes to speak to outsourced customer service who knew nothing except that it would not work. I travel and use local SIM cards whichever country I’m in. So if I’m paying the US price for my US account, why can’t I use my iPhone if I have a Philippine SIM card in it? She had no clue. So I added my US cell number though the SIM card is in my wallet. It did not work at all. So why am I paying $26 a month if I can only use my VOIP number when I’m at home? I’ve been a customer for 15 years now! Finally going to cancel... read more
The app needs an update. Am amazed that despite Vonage World(extensions) being a commercial offering, the comoany has not updated the app even once in the last 2 years now. The app has started crashing and buttons within app has become unreliable. I think the app was developed as per ios10 framework.
It turns out that cell carrier (att) has undocumented charges for international calls to Canada if using WiFi, even if you buy the unlimited calling to Canada. It seems it’s only unlimited free if you use the cell network, so you’re screwed if you don’t have enough bars. With Vonage extension, it’s really free over WiFi and call quality is excellent.
We have had Vonage for many years. My mom and we like the ability to call India friends and families using Vonage app. But this app gets stuck everytime we login... it also will not allow to make more than one call at a time without closing the app and restarting... it was fine when it was new app few years back but it needs to not get stuck.
