Ticking noise if call is more than a minute. Calling out through app doesn’t work & still uses my cell number. I’ve tried everything but doesn’t work
My husband’s phone never gets the extension ring. Mine does sporadically. The speaker function is also sporadic and then that causes other problems. Today I was using speaker mode. Speaker button was highlighted but it was no longer on speaker. Hitting the speaker did no good, it wouldn’t turn on or off. Then my alarm went off on the phone and I was unable to turn off the alarm. Below is my old feedback, however very disappointing that Vonage with such a good brand is paying no attention to iOS app. I got to wait at least 1 minute or even 2 minutes to make a call using extension app. It crashes every time before a number selection and experience has been very frustrating. It was same with my iPhone 7S until Nov 2018 and for last one month I have been using IPhone X Max and issue has increased. This is my older feedback when Vonage app use to be good. After testing the app, I could confirm that this app messes my iPhone X mic. Delete the app, and the mic works; reinstall the app, and the mic is gone.
I have found two bugs, please fix them in your next patch. 1 - Every single time I make a call, I turn the speaker on even before the ringing begins. As soon as the ringing begins, the speaker automatically gets turned off. I have to go back to tap on the speaker button to enable it. WHY CAN’T THIS BE FIXED? It’s been there for 5years. Extension app on speaker not working properly when I am on call and phone is on speaker I can’t hear anybody on the call or they can’t hear me no sound the call still be on
The app allows you to block a maximum of 25 phone numbers. I need to block 25 robot callers every two weeks!
Please update to support iphone x. Is vonage even listening to customers
