Extension app on speaker not working properly when I am on call and phone is on speaker I can’t hear anybody on the call or they can’t hear me no sound the call still be on
The app allows you to block a maximum of 25 phone numbers. I need to block 25 robot callers every two weeks!
Please update to support iphone x. Is vonage even listening to customers
Trouble signing in. Even though password and number are correct
It’s been more than a year an update ever happened. App is super slow, having stability issues, isn’t compatible yet with iPhone X even after Apple insisted the compatibility & lastly no new features. Have been thinking do I even need a Vonage number.
It dropped connection
The app does not mute the current audio playing on my iPhone when I answer an incoming call.
Cannot save manually dialed numbers. No way to copy/paste or simply add contact.
I use the extensions app on iPhone X with iOS 11.4 (latest app version and iOS version). When I open the app for the first time, it works very well. After completing the call, when I hit the home button and go to something else such as email or safari or another app and then come back to Vonage app again, the app becomes non responsive to touch and is basically frozen.
