    Exceptional Support & Responsiveness Both our Vonage VCC (Roosevelt) and VBC (Maggie) Project Managers provided strong support throughout our implementation. Roosevelt was consistently responsive and made himself readily available for ad hoc working sessions, which was especially valuable given the level of customization required for our Salesforce-integrated contact center build.     Vonage Integration - Thanks Brayden & Karen!! Recently we partnered with Vonage Telephony for Service Cloud Voice. Brayden and Karen were tremendous help during this launch at Vonage. They helped implement and manage the project timeline to ensure we launch in a timely manner. They were available the entire UAT and GO Live of Service Cloud Voice. In addition, they provided hypercare support after launch to work through the issue log with our SF admin.
