    Service Cloud Voice Pilot Implementation We have been though a pilot of the Service Cloud Voice application in a hybrid fashion running OPEN CTI and SCV in parallel. Operating in a hybrid fashion does come with it's challenges and there are still some intermittent niggles that we cannot replicate, however overall the application is brilliant and has added real tangible benefit to our operation.     Service Cloud Voice Implementation We have recently very succesfully upgraded from Open CTI to Service Cloud Voice with Vonage. Well okay not techincally fully true as we have actually had a tricky use case of doing a partial team move from Open CTI to SCV. In other words we are still technically using both side by side with intention of moving away from Open CTI in the near future.
