    Fantastic support with a proactive team leading to a successful launch We were looking for a new partner to replace our existing Telephony and omnichannel routing infrastructure with, along with a team we can continue to develop our customer service experience with.     Exceeded Expectations This transition was smoother than we could have expected! Even when our former provider shut our service down unexpectedly early, the Vonage team was ready to step in and roll with it, getting us operating again very quickly. Joe Shoup, our VCC professional services expert, consistently went above and beyond throughout this process.     Exceptional support and seamless deployment Our deployment to Vonage has been highly successful, with very little noise or disruption to the business.     A delight to work with on the project We have recently implemented a new version of Dialler into our organisation. Smile Imoh, our Professional Services Consultant was an absolute delight to work with.     Vonage Contact Center go Live Vonage has been really helpful in supporting our Contact centre with their Wallboards, and Integration into service Cloud voice. I'm excited for the things to come in the rest of the project with the UK PS Team - Tim and Ausra, They've both been a great help.
