Excellent support & project delivery Vonage were refreshingly 'high touch' throughout the project delivery and proactive in spending time directly with our operational teams to embed processes and check understanding. The app is very simple to use and configure, offering significantly improved reporting and configurability in comparison to our previous provider. Thanks to the Vonage project team for an excellent delivery, in spite of the complexity on our side!

Great Vonage Integration Team We had the privilege of working with Brayden Halliday for our VCC integration. He has a deep understanding of the Vonage product and was able to fulfill many of our complex needs. He did a great job of troubleshooting, finding solutions and teaching our team how to utilize VCC ourselves.
