Dean Sheeran Good experience for us so far. Implementation has been smooth and the integration with salesforce is simple. We are already seeing an increase in both activities and efficiencies. The call recording capabilities integrated into salesforce are particularly useful for compliance and training. In addition the support and training from the NVM consultant has been excellent.
