    Great Service Mark Bladwin has been really good to work with on our IVR service. We have been using NVM for the past 5 years. NVM provide a good contact centre solution. Overall the team is great to work with.

    Great System NVM is a great system to work on, easy to use, has good features like screen pops which are very useful when working in busy environments, easy to navigate around, and a lot more!! would recommend it to anyone who works in busy environments! great asset to have!
