    Great service & system We are only a small company but we still get a high level of customer service from our account manager and the technical support team. There are many positive elements of the system one is the voice recording which allows my team to remind themselves of the conversations they have had with customers. I use it to manage the efficiency and call out levels of my team remotely as well as call recordings for training purposes.
