New Voice Media Platform has been Great Improvement for us New Voice Media Platform has been a great improvement for us. The integration with Salesforce is excellent. Very smooth and they work together effortlessly. We have seen a major improvement in call routing, productivity, and reporting. Our implementation was great. A few minor things to work through but our implementation engineer was great. Very much recommended
